I love briolettes in the 12- 13 mm range for wire wrapping and rondelles too. There is so much..I am sure you will do well! Thanks for this chance to win!

Congrats buddy! I myself love Peridot, Garnet, almost all the jaspers, and petrified wood beads. (which can be tough to find in good quality sometimes, so you'd probably get a good amount of business from those) Just to name a few of course :D

I would love to see some tourmilated quartz or moss amethyst.

I'd looove to win some gemstones. I love any green stone. My other favorites are turquoise, moonstone, sunstone, and rutilated quartz. I'd love to find some oval faceted peridot and some largish (10-12 mm or bigger) faceted green chalcedony.
Thanks!

My favorites are jaspers of any colors, and I have a bunch of those I've used and a few more to go.

Maybe moss agate, quartz, and coral.

I love your shop and you know you're my hero, L.

Dewd. Shapoopie.

Things I would like to see in Liciagems (tm) vault-

1. a wide variety of sizes. I like me some tiny beads, but also I like me some big'ns. More tiny than big'n, but there is a place for them all.

2. I also want some large pearls. Like, the big round ones. Currently, I'm in love with all colours (yep, even bright pink) but I'd love to get me some big ol ROUND pearls. Also, I'd like to not have to buy a whole strand of them at a time, cuz lets face it, I can't afford that. Also, it makes for good repeat business.

3. I want unusual gems in strange cuts. Also, I'm a sucker for those big smooth brios in just about any gem. I'm not picky.

4. Moar cowbell. That just stands to reason.

5.I want me some emeralds. I'd pay good money for some nice ones from someone I trust, such as yourself. *smile*

I have a feeling I am going to have to keep my husband away from your vault on payday. Otherwise we may have to live in a cardboard box in the microsoft parking lot.

...you can eat gemstones, right? *giggle*

njemacreative said...

hm, this is timely as I've been looking at gemstones today. (gotta keep reminding myself of my budget...sigh!) I love labradorite (who doesn't?), and things with fossils - corals, crinoids, etc. I am also particularly interested in unpolished drilled stones.

The banner is cute - One of my favorite fonts, too.

I love briolettes and faceted beads of all kinds. I adore pinks and purples, some reds, shimmery blacks and flashy things like labradorite and rainbow moonstone.

I bet you get a lot of bites!

Hi!
What a great idea! I'd love to see some really complex cabochons. I love the jaspers, especially moukaite. Oh, never mind, I just love so many I couldn't list all of them. Already signed up for the feed!

KayzKreationz said...

I love garnet, so that would be one choice. But I also love almost all kinds of jasper. I've been looking for one called "snakeskin" jasper, and haven't been able to find it. Don't know if it's really considered a gemstone, but I love it. I'll keep watching for the stocking of the new store.

LOVE the neony green bauble necklace in the photos above!!

I apprenticed with a jeweler for about 3.5 years, so I've had the pleasure of working with many different gemstones. One of my favorites - Indicolite - all of the beautiful shades of blues and greens, my favorite is when you can find a deep teal. And of course, you can never go wrong with Sapphires, blues, pinks, oranges, YUM!!!

Katie said...

Your shop looks wonderful so far! I'm a sucker for odd gemstones, the problem is they can run expensive! But since not too many people carry them, even on Etsy, it might be something to look into. Things like Seraphinite, Chaorite, Larimar, etc. I generally look for sizes ranging from 6-8mm, round or semi-round, but that's cause I mainly make rosaries and stuff. =D
